Our security procedures mean that we may request proof of identify before we reveal information to you.

* Exemption – There are several exemption written into the GDPR but the main one being an exemption to the right to have your data erased. For legal reasons it may be necessary to retain data even after a request for erasure has been made.  This will be clearly indicated should such occasions arise.
